Flood @ Kuantan

I went back to Kuantan, Pahang which is my hometown on 24th December and a tragedy happened on that day because the worst flood for 65 years happened.

Almost every city center of Kuantan being flood with rain water.

Fortunately, my living area is being flood by rain water because it located in high area. I staying in my house for almost everyday because scared to trap inside the flood area if there is raining.

Busy Days During 7 Dec to 23 Dec for APU

This period is a very busy moment for APU because we have multiple education fairs and open day.

We have rushed and done a lot of paperbags in short time and many thanks to our junior that willing to help us.^^

all these 3 weeks, I have work for APU Open Day and it is a very fun and good for me to work @ APU Open Day because this has improve my speaking skills to the parents and students. My speaking become more fluent than the time i just joined APU. I still remember I afraid to talk to people that I do not know because I could not speak a complete fluent English sentence. And for now, I can speak to parents and explained the details of course, facilities that APU have. I will continue to learn more things during my working and university life.^^ I have also do some counseling and registering a student as well during the open day session. ^^

JLo (Jennifer Lopez) Concert @ Stadium Merdeka

I have joined to the JLo concert to enjoy the concert wave.

This is my first time to go to a concert. I got this ticket for free which is also the most expensive ticket, I get it for free because it is a complementary ticket that gave by my sister.

I went there with my girlfriend. There was raining at that time and we bought rain coat. >.<

I have impressed that the concert was not cancelled due to the rain and surprise that Jennifer Lopez decided to continue the concert.

It was a very nice experience for me to be in the concert and shouting with the other fans although I do not know much about JLo.

APU Graduations @ Renaissance Hotel

1st December is Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation (APU) which is also my university graduation day. This graduation ceremony is also the first APU graduation ceremony because previously is UCTI graduation ceremony.

It is a big day for every college/university students. I have work as one of the crew during the ceremony.

I have saw a lot of my senior graduating and started to think that I will be graduate in year 2014, and started to miss the university life that I have gone through since foundation. The life in A.P.U is the most memorable memories because I did not done so much of activities before I have entered the university.

The crews include me have been walking around during the ceremony to stop people who taking photos with flash or standing. Although is tiring but I still will continue doing this for next few ceremony because the graduation ceremony is important and only one in your life. Therefore, I will work hard in order to leave a very good memory for my senior that are graduate.

Alamanda Shopping Mall @ Putrajaya

I went to Alamanda Shopping mall today.
It is a very nice experience since this is the first time for me to visit there.
There have very nice layout of the whole shopping mall.

The reason I went there is actually I have nothing to do while I waiting my girlfriend, Cheng Mun to finish her car learning session.

Alamanda is just 20 minutes away from the center and I am able to visit the place.
And I saw something at the shopping mall which is one shop selling RM1999 for Samsung Galaxy S3 and the interesting is it selling RM 70+++ for monthly payment in 36 months.
After I total up the price, it became RM2,700 and above!!!

This proven that, monthly payment always higher than the normal price. ^^

Multicultural Night!!! Interesting!!!

On Saturday 24/11/2012, I have joined the year big event "Multicultural Night" by Asia Pacific University (APU) Student ARC.

The situation at that time was really same as the title mentioned because students from every nation that study in our university participated in the event. People from Iran, India, and many many more countries have joined in this meaningful event.

I have enjoyed the diversify environment in this event.
At first, I do not know what is the performance, purpose and why we have to pay for the ticket.
But, I found out that the RM15 Ticket is worth because I just only need to spend RM15 and able to watch the cultural show from different countries rather than I go overseas to watch the performance.

Some of the performances are also mixed cultural. For example, Malaysian Indian have joined the India cultural performance. We have mixed nationality in our APU Wushu team, can you imagine a Zimbabwe's student and Maldives's student learned Wu Shu and perform it on the stage?

With the ticket price RM15, organizer gave me a Free T-Shirt. This T-shirt is really meaningful to me as it will become a thing for me to remember my university life. I also have 2011 Multicultural night T-shirt.^^

During this event, I got another Multicultural night T-shirt and the size is......................... XL!
I got this T-shirt by answering the question "Total Amount of countries that students from currently studying in our university."
First Attempt by other students which is 90++ country and he answered wrong.
Second Attempt is me and I answered 107 countries then the answer is correct!
Then i received the Free Bag and T-Shirt!

Start Something and New Features from A.P.U University?

This week is my second week of Level 2 semester 2,

Things to do: Start Assignment, Manage Time Properly!!

First assignment (or mission) to start is Object Oriented Development with Java (OODJ) Assignment!

Hope that I can complete this assignment fast and continue with other assignments.

At the same time, I felt nervous during Research Method for Computing and Technology (RMCT) class. I have a feeling that I going to level 3 and start my Final Year Project (FYP) soon. T.T

Title of FYP that going to do still in undecided mode and have to read more resources!!!

Oh yeah~

There is a new system offered by APU University which is Bus Tracking and Timetable System.

This is just the sample that I able to capture for now. Normal school hour, there will be showing the time that the bus will left the campus. It is a very good feature for A.P.U students and students also able to view this in smartphone!!! This features able to show where is the exact location of the bus and would not miss the bus again!.

New Red Shirt!!

I got my new A.P.U T-shirt today.

Feel good that I have received something special from the University because I wanted to get University's T-shirt for long time ago. 

And guess what,

the T-shirt colour is same as my secondary school T-shirt which is also red colour!!!

Asia Pacific University logo and Staffordshire University logo are printed on the T-shirt!

I got the T-shirt by just filling up the student barometer survey only. ^^

Those T-shirts are specially for A.P.U students only and there is also CASH PRIZE RM4500 OR CAN DONATE TO CHARITY!!!! 

I wish I can get the prize also. ^^
